Job Title: Implant BFSI Recruiter – (Leading Bank) Location:Mumbai, Delhi & Bangalore Experience: 2–6 years in BFSI recruitment Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site at Client Location) ______________ Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Implant Recruiter with a strong background in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment . ______________ Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles including relationship managers, sales, credit, operations, and backend banking profiles • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create recruitment strategies • Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions • Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback management with internal stakeholders • Maintain candidate data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports • Ensure compliance with internal hiring guidelines and documentation processes
