Job Description: • Deploy Process Discovery for the identified pool / tower / team • Spearhead Continuous / Process Improvement projects • Assess process complexity and implement standard & reliable frameworks to measure and improve Efficiency [Productivity & Capacity Utilization] • Conduct Quarterly Assessments across teams to assess the OE Maturity penetration, work closely with the teams in creating 30/60/90 days action plans and improve the maturity as deemed required • Build a strong working relationship with the stakeholders starting from Leads to Managers to OG, Tower & Cluster head and drive OE agenda through a strong Governance process • Spearhead and lead improvement initiatives partnering with other OE team members and Automation COE team ably supporting deployment of cutting-edge leading technology solutions.
