Assess process complexity and implement standard frameworks to enhance productivity and capacity utilization . Conduct quarterly OE maturity assessments across teams; design and drive 30/60/90-day action plans to strengthen maturity levels. Build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels (Leads, Managers, Tower/Cluster Heads, OG) and advance the OE agenda through robust governance. Partner with OE colleagues and the Automation CoE to lead improvement initiatives and support the deployment of cutting-edge technology solutions . Candidate Profile Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained or Green Belt certified from a reputed institution. Minimum 9 years of overall experience , including 4–5 years in Operational/Continuous/Delivery Excellence roles with proven exposure to Process Discovery / Task Mining (preferably in BPO, Shared Services, or GBS environments). Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver projects within agreed timelines. Hands-on experience in process discovery & mining practices is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools .
