HR Recruiters are tasked with the responsibility of sourcing, interviewing, and selecting potential candidates for open company job positions.

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Review and screen resumes and applications
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess applicants skills, knowledge, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
  • Organize and facilitate hiring procedures and paperwork
  • Coordinate and conduct background checks and reference checks
  • Manage and update candidate information in the companys recruitment database
  • Communicate regularly with potential candidates, building a pipeline of talent
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and best practices
