As a Staff Software Engineer - Core Platform, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-performance, scalable backend solutions for our video content platform. Your role will involve driving technical excellence, making architectural decisions, and scaling our infrastructure to support a growing enterprise customer base. Your key responsibilities will include architecting, designing, and developing scalable, high-performance backend solutions. You will lead technical initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring best practices are followed. It will be crucial to ensure the high availability, reliability, and security of the platform. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and DevOps, will be essential.
