Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Software Engineering Manager. The Software Engineering Manager will lead a team of software engineers, oversee software development projects, and ensure the successful design and implementation of software systems. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high-quality coding standards. The role requires strong leadership skills to mentor and guide the engineering team.

• Strong Team Leadership and Project Management skills
• Experience with Distributed Systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in a management role within the technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
