Manage the development ceremonies: Act as a product owner to enable continuous delivery by the engineering team. Maintain a healthy backlog, monitor development progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely release & documentation of features & capabilities. Qualifications: 5 years of industry experience in B2B SaaS with a strong preference given to staffing & recruiting. 2+ years of product management experience working on and leading cross-functional teams 3 years of working experience with Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Digital Experience cloud platforms), including working knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data model, and security/entitlements model Minimum Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: A proactive personality, with a can-do attitude Excellent relationship-building skills Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends.
