As a senior project manager at Asymbl, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex, cross-functional projects within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your role will involve ensuring stakeholder alignment, managing project execution, and ensuring that projects meet their defined goals and deliverables. Responsibilities: - Manage Salesforce projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and external partners, to achieve project milestones. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring resource allocation and task prioritization align with project objectives. - Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies. - Provide regular status updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders, promoting transparency and accountability. - Ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational processes throughout the project lifecycle. - Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and integrating lessons learned into future initiatives. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience managing technology projects, with a minimum of 3 years in Salesforce project management or consulting. - Proficiency in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other solutions. - Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-phase Salesforce projects on time and within budget. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, or similar. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on achieving measurable results. - Preferred Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Project Management certifications). - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.,
