Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to

  elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

  , including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a

  bridge between business and technical teams

  , ensuring clarity, alignment, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze and document

  current-state and future-state business processes

  , identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Conduct

  data analysis

  to generate insights and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support

  solution design and validation

  , including UAT planning, execution, and sign-off.
• Drive

  process improvement initiatives

  and support change management activities.
• Maintain comprehensive project and business documentation such as BRDs, functional specifications, use cases, and user manuals.
  

Project Management & Delivery

• Define

  project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans

  in alignment with business goals.
• Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, quality standards, and budget.
  
• Manage

  cross-functional project teams

  , allocating resources effectively and ensuring accountability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate

  project risks and issues

  , ensuring proactive resolution.
• Provide regular

  project status updates

  , reports, and communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and control

  project budgets

  , optimizing resource utilization and controlling costs.
• Ensure quality assurance through effective testing, feedback cycles, and continuous improvement.
  
• Successfully

  close projects

  , ensuring deliverables are completed, stakeholder satisfaction is achieved, and post-project reviews are conducted.

Key Skills & Competencies

Business Analysis

• Strong expertise in

  requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation

  .
• Proficiency in

  business process modeling

  and workflow analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Bizagi).
• Excellent

  analytical and problem-solving skills

  with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as

  Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  .
• Working knowledge of

  Agile methodologies

  (Scrum, Kanban).

Project Management

• End-to-end knowledge of the

  project lifecycle

  (initiation to closure).
• Hands-on experience with

  project management tools

  (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar).
• Strong capabilities in

  budgeting, forecasting, and resource management

  .
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to

  motivate and manage cross-functional teams

  .
• Expertise in

  risk management, change management, and stakeholder negotiation

  .
• Excellent

  communication, time management, and prioritization

  skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

  .

• Project Management certification

  (PMP, PRINCE2) or

  Agile certification

  (Scrum Master, SAFe) is a plus.
• Prior experience in

  [ IT / Finance / Healthcare / etc.]

  preferred.
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms and enterprise software solutions

  is an added advantage.
