Experience : 10-15 Yrs

Key Skills Required:
Proven experience in project management, preferably in related industry Organizational and time management skills Communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools Ability to work independently and lead the team of project managersengineers Attention to detail and ability to delegate work, mentor and guide the team members in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in challenging environment & meet the projects deadlines & objective

Job Profile :
Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, budget, and resources Coordinate project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and ensure projects are closed & deliverables accepted by clients Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential issues or risks Collaborate with internal teams, sales & factory teams to ensure successful project execution Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to communicate project updates and address any concerns Track project expenses and provide accurate and timely reports to the management team Make use of available project management tools to be able to achieve speed and efficiency to meet project deadlines & objective (Budget, Scope & Schedule)
