Job Description: We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, convert prospects, and build lasting relationships with clients looking for interior and architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential clients via cold calling, networking, online platforms, and field visits. Explain GRID’s design and service offerings confidently and clearly to clients. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions. Prepare and present proposals and quotations. Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met. Maintain a pipeline of leads and update CRM regularly. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, architecture, real estate, or home improvement sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of design terminology and interior industry trends is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
