Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, and emails for sales of industrial products. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities. Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for potential customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product knowledge. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in application engineering or related field (industrial sales, mechanical engineering). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or relevant discipline from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of flow meters, flow charts, oil & gas applications; ability to create accurate quotes/proposals.
