Job Description

As a Post Application Training Specialist for GFMS products EDM, WEDM, and Hole Drilling, your role involves providing training to customers to enhance their skills and increase their satisfaction levels. Your responsibilities include: - Providing basic and advanced application training to customers onsite. - Suggesting the right tooling and pre-setting parts outside the machine to boost productivity. - Recommending GFMS consumables, original wear parts, and spare parts. - Conducting presales visits with sales engineers to understand end-user applications and recommend suitable GFMS products. - Understanding machine options and variants. - Performing test cuts in COC or at customer sites and documenting reports. - Demonstrating machine USPs live at COC or exhibitions. - Producing sample parts for display and pocket parts for the sales team. - Conducting scheduled visits to ensure customers are efficiently using GFMS products. - Providing best practices guidance on customer parts or ensuring optimal usage of GFMS products. - Developing relationships with suppliers, business partners, and acquiring knowledge on competitor products. - Providing feedback and observations to the plant on GFMS products and technologies. - Collaborating with the plant to address customer issues. - Preparing for open houses, seminars, and actively participating. - Traveling nationwide or overseas as required. - Training new engineers. Additionally, you will need a degree in Mechanical Engineering to qualify for this role.
