As a Project Manager for our company, your role will involve working closely with the engineering, design, and business development teams to develop the best strategy for product features and roadmap to address on-ground logistics issues. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from planning to development, go-live, and retirement phases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Effectively manage technical projects for a portfolio of clients. - Engage in visioning, product planning, road mapping, release planning, and defect triaging. - Analyze complex use cases using analytics platforms to simplify user experience. - Assist the team in process improvement and developing scalable solutions. - Manage the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. - Specify market requirements for current and future products through market research. - Prepare, maintain, and evangelize the product roadmap for short- and long-term releases. - Communicate product solutions internally and externally. - Ensure timely delivery of all product documentation such as PRD and Knowledge Base. - Stay updated on emerging trends in IT and technology. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to release solutions to customer problems. **Qualifications Required:** - Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Statistics, or related field. - Minimum 4 years of continuous work experience. - Service orientation. - Ability to work in a collaborative environment. - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with an understanding of user experience and design principles. - Spontaneous, quick thinker, and self-starter with strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
