Account Manager

You are required to create and maintain long-term relationships with customers as an Account Manager. Your responsibilities include: - Serving as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters - Building and sustaining strong client relationships - Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits - Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors - Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives - Clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders - Developing new business with existing clients and identifying areas of improvement to meet sales quotas - Forecasting and tracking key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts - Preparing reports on account status - Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as required You need to meet the following requirements: - Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives and C-level individuals - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field - Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs - Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical skills,
