Job Description

Role Overview: You are a dynamic and experienced Client Partner at Progressive Techserve, responsible for driving growth and fostering strong, long-term relationships within key client accounts. Your role requires strategic thinking and a proven track record in the IT Services industry, specifically within Managed Services. You will need to understand the entire client lifecycle, from sales to service delivery to executive-level partnership management. Your responsibilities include aligning Managed Services offerings with client needs, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving mutual growth and success. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth targets, expand service penetration, and ensure client satisfaction. - Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Managed Services within existing client accounts. - Lead the sales process for Managed Services opportunities, including understanding client requirements, developing value propositions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. - Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution of Managed Services agreements, meeting client expectations and SLAs. - Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including C-suite executives. - Track key performance indicators related to sales, delivery, and client satisfaction. Provide regular reports and insights to internal leadership and clients. - Proactively address client concerns and issues, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with internal teams. - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs within the Managed Services sector. - Work effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and efficient service delivery. - Understand and manage the contractual obligations and commercial aspects of client engagements. - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing client relationships and their broader ecosystem. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. - Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in the IT Services industry. - 10+ years of experience specifically within the Managed Services domain, including sales, delivery oversight, and client management. - Proven track record of successfully selling Managed Services solutions and achieving revenue targets. - Deep understanding of Managed Services offerings and value proposition. - Strong client relationship management skills with experience in building executive-level relationships. - Excellent understanding of IT service delivery methodologies and best practices. - Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong business acumen and financial understanding. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Familiarity with relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.
