System Administrator – M365 (L2) Location: Pune Experience: 6-10 Years Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled System Administrator (L2) with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the M365 environment, including Intune , Mobile Application Management (MAM) , Mobile Device Protection (MDP) , and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) from an administration perspective. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the M365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams). Administer and configure Microsoft Intune for device and application management. Implement and monitor MAM , MDP , and CASB policies and controls. Ensure compliance, security, and user access management within the M365 ecosystem. Handle escalated L2 support tickets related to M365 services. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align with IT policies. Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Key Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in M365 administration at L2 level. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune , MAM , MDP , and CASB . Solid understanding of Azure AD , Exchange Online , and Teams administration. Experience in policy creation, user/device management, and security configurations. Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-300) are a plus. Show more Show less
