Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to new and existing clients through calls, emails, and messages.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust and consistent support.
• Actively listen and empathize to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Address customer queries and concerns professionally and on time.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and pitch relevant services.
• Follow up with leads and prospects for sales conversion.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow-up logs, and communication history.
• Conduct feedback calls and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline(2023-2025)
• Experience in customer service or tele-sales is a plus
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
