Role Overview: BlossoMM Therapy is seeking a part-time/consultant child psychologist who can provide therapy to children and parents in an empathetic and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Providing treatment and counseling to children dealing with a range of mental health issues (ADHD, anxiety, learning disorders, etc.). Conducting psychological assessments and designing therapy plans. Engaging children and parents in behavior-enhancing activities. Applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Behavior Therapy. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of professionals. Supporting families in understanding and addressing concerns about their children. Qualifications Experience in psychological assessments for children and adolescents. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in child & adolescent counseling. Proficiency in therapeutic techniques : CBT, play therapy, and other child-focused interventions. Fluency in Hindi and Kannada is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology (Clinical / Counselling). Master’s / Diploma in Child Counselling preferred. Valid license to practice as a Psychologist in Karnataka.
