E-Commerce Specialist

Role Overview We are seeking dynamic B.Tech graduates who are passionate about technology, product innovation, and digital platforms. As an Associate – Product & E-Commerce Development, you will be actively involved in:

• Product Development: Supporting the design, development, and testing of new features for digital learning and wellness products.
• E-Commerce Management: Handling online platforms, product listings, payment gateways, analytics, and optimization for better user experience.
• Course Automation: Implementing automation tools, integrating learning management systems (LMS), and streamlining digital course delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product team to design, test, and deploy features.
• Work with e-commerce tools to manage product catalogs, orders, and customer experience.
• Implement workflow automations using tools/APIs (e.g., Zapier, LMS platforms).
• Analyze product performance and suggest improvements.
• Ensure smooth functioning of backend processes for digital products.

Eligibility

• Streams: B.Tech graduates from Computer Science, Information Science/IT, Electronics & Communication, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science.
• Strong interest in product development, digital platforms, and automation.
• Basic knowledge of programming (Python/Java/JavaScript preferred).
• Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Strong communication & teamwork skills.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA (CTC)
