E-Commerce Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Specialist who has hands-on experience managing Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, and Nykaa platforms. The candidate should be capable of driving brand visibility, sales growth, and performance optimization across all marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize brand presence on Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, and Nykaa.
• Handle product listings, pricing, catalog management, and regular content updates.
• Execute and monitor discounts, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive sales.
• Plan and implement strategies for brand growth and sales performance improvement.
• Analyze sales data, reports, and marketing ROI to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and design teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends for continuous improvement.
• Manage advertising and sponsored campaigns on all platforms to increase visibility.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock updates on each marketplace.
• Build and maintain relationships with category managers on portals to leverage brand opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, and Nykaa seller panels.
• Understanding of E-commerce analytics, pricing strategies, and growth planning.
• Proficient in MS Excel, reporting tools, and campaign performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in handling fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record in increasing brand sales and online visibility.
• Experience with advertising campaigns, payment reconciliation, and performance marketing.

Salary: Competitive – Based on skills and experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
