We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team in person . The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and proven experience in handling Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces . Responsibilities: Manage and maintain product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms. Write clear, attractive, and SEO-friendly product descriptions. Monitor inventory, pricing, and orders on different marketplaces. Coordinate with marketplaces for promotions, deals, and issue resolution. Analyze sales performance and prepare reports using MS Excel and other tools. Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards. Collaborate with the team for smooth online operations. (Optional but preferred) Create and edit product images/banners using graphic design tools. Requirements: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon/Flipkart, etc.). Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and online order handling. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation. Basic understanding of digital marketing/SEO is a plus. Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) will be an added advantage. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
