Job Location : Infopark, Cochin We are looking for a highly passionate and skilled Inside Sales Specialist for our Ecommerce Operations in India. In this role, you will be a primary contact by Phone, Live Chat, or email for customer inquiries about our products and brand. Responsibilities Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via Live Chat, Email or phone. Identify customer requirements and help customers via Live Chat. Update our internal databases with information for follow up and other useful discussions. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance. Inform customers about our products and services. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams. Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives. Requirements and skills 1 – 3 years’ experience as a Customer Support Specialist or Live chat experience is preferred. Familiarity with Ecommerce industry is a plus. Experience using help desk software and remote support tools. Understanding of how CRM systems work. Excellent communication (English and Hindi) and exceptional customer service skills. As an assistant machine operator at Hotpack, you play a vital role in ensuring that our manufacturing products consistently meet the required standards and job order specifications. You will collaborate closely with the operator to address any process issues and strive to achieve production targets efficiently. In the absence of the operator, you will take charge of the process, ensuring seamless job completion. Your responsibilities will include understanding production procedures thoroughly, adjusting machine settings as needed, feeding raw materials or parts into the machines, and meeting production targets within the specified time frame. It is essential to follow instructions from the Supervisor or Senior operators diligently and contribute to completing jobs as per the defined product standards and job orders. To qualify for this role, you should possess a high school diploma, a solid understanding of industrial equipment, and ideally have 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Machine Operator or in a similar capacity. The position is full-time and requires your commitment to working on-site at our location.
