Job Description

Job Summary:

The E-commerce & Website Account Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s online sales operations across platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, and the company website. This role involves order management, vendor coordination, publisher communication, payment processing, and maintaining smooth daily operations to ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Operations

  • Manage and monitor company accounts on Flipkart, Amazon, and the company’s website.
  • Register and track all orders placed online, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Coordinate with publishers to procure books as per order requirements.
  • Handle order packaging and shipping — coordinate with Flipkart’s pickup service for dispatch.

Vendor & Publisher Management

  • Maintain updated records of publisher accounts and contact details.
  • Place orders with publishers via online portals or email as required.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and maintain transparent communication.
  • Develop and sustain professional business relationships with publishing partners.

Administrative Support

  • Oversee office cleanliness and organization to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Manage and pay utility bills and other regular operational expenses.
  • Maintain records of financial and order-related transactions.

Communication & Reporting

  • Draft and respond to emails, SMS, and other communications professionally.
  • Provide daily work updates and order status reports to the Managing Director.
  • Ensure clear coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Leadership & Interpersonal Skills

  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities with accountability.
  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations, online sales, or account management preferred.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce dashboards, Excel, and email communication.
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
