Position Overview The Assistant Client Associate supports the Client Relations and Business Development teams by managing client communication, maintaining records, and coordinating internal processes to ensure seamless client service. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Client Relationship Manager in day-to-day client servicing activities. Maintain and update client records, documentation, and communication logs. Assist with client onboarding, including collection and verification of required compliance documents. Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and client meetings. Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups to support ongoing client engagement. Respond promptly and professionally to routine client inquiries. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Track client feedback and support service improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, including upselling and cross-selling support. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 0–1 year of experience in client servicing, sales support, or relationship management (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Male candidates preferred.
