Digital Marketing Lead

We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Lead with strong expertise in SEO and Social Media Marketing (SMM) who has handled multiple projects across different companies/industries. The ideal candidate will lead digital strategy, execute high-impact campaigns, and convert data into actionable growth opportunities to maximize ROI and brand visibility.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing with strong focus on SEO & SMM.
• Proven experience handling multiple projects across different companies/industries.
• Strong expertise in organic & paid social media marketing.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO (technical, on-page, off-page).
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GTM, and major ad platforms.
• Strong understanding of CRO, remarketing, funnels, and performance optimization.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience working in agency or multi-client environments.
• Exposure to international or diverse industry projects.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX impact on conversions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• SMM: 1 year (Required)
• SEO: 3 years (Required)
