As a Tele Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a key role in generating leads, explaining our digital marketing services, and converting inquiries into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and cold call lists. Clearly explain Nexbloom Media’s services, including social media marketing, performance marketing, branding, video production, website development, and influencer marketing. Understand client requirements, identify sales opportunities, and provide customized marketing solutions. Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team and follow up on previous calls and conversations. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, and customer feedback using CRM tools. Achieve weekly and monthly call and sales targets as set by the sales manager. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in digital marketing or advertising industry. Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi are a plus. Confidence in pitching and negotiating with business owners and decision-makers.
