Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, hands-on experience in managing campaigns across multiple platforms, and the ability to analyze data to optimize performance. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Manage and grow brand presence on social media platforms through engaging content and strategies. Optimize website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and ensure maximum visibility across search engines. Develop, implement, and track email marketing campaigns. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and digital trends. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Collaborate with the creative and content team to deliver high-quality campaigns. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on KPIs and campaign ROI. Stay updated on industry best practices, competitors, and emerging platforms. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience (1–3 years) in digital marketing or similar role. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing. Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva/Photoshop (basic design knowledge a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
