About the Job
A Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for refining content, tracking GTMs, and leading social media campaigns typically oversees strategy, execution, and measurement of digital efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead content strategy: Review, refine, and optimize digital content to align with brand voice and campaign objectives, collaborating with writers, designers, and stakeholders.

Manage and execute comprehensive social media campaigns across platforms, ensuring strong engagement, timely publishing, and alignment with audience trends.

Track, implement, and optimize Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups to ensure accurate measurement of marketing activities—integrating data analytics into campaign strategies and reporting.

Analyses campaign performance through dashboards, reports, and analytics tools, delivering insights and recommendations to stakeholders for ongoing improvement.

Maintain editorial calendars for digital marketing, ensuring content is crafted, scheduled, and distributed effectively.

Monitor brand presence and customer engagement on all digital channels, managing social listening, community management, and online reputation.

Stay current on digital marketing and platform trends and continuously optimize approaches for better performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–8 years’ experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with GTM, Google Analytics, and multiple social media platforms.

Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience managing, scheduling, and refining content for digital channels.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline preferred.

Tools & Platforms

Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite), and CMS platforms.

Familiarity with content editing, creative tools, and reporting dashboards.

This role focuses on elevating content quality, maximizing campaign impact, and ensuring all digital actions are tracked and improved through data-driven insights
