Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing conversion-focused paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and capable of handling social media engagement and performance optimisation, preferably within the healthcare / hospital industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
• Drive lead generation and conversions through performance marketing strategies
• Manage and monitor social media handles, responding to customer comments and queries on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
• Analyse website performance and competitor social media pages and recommend improvements
• Track campaign performance, derive insights from multiple data sources, and implement optimisations
• Support promotional and branding activities aligned with hospital marketing requirements
• Prepare basic performance reports and insights for internal teams
  

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
• Knowledge of social media management and audience engagement
• Ability to analyse data and make performance-driven decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in healthcare / hospital digital marketing is an added advantage

• Experience: 24 years in Digital Marketing / Paid Advertising
• Location: Chennai
