Digital Marketing Lead / Head of Digital Marketing Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Lead / Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital strategy, manage social media presence, and coordinate brand participation in expos and industry events. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, innovative, and capable of handling end-to-end digital marketing operations while strengthening brand visibility online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, display ads, remarketing, etc.).

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, ensuring ROI and continuous improvement.

Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

2. Social Media Management

Oversee all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Create engaging content strategies, calendars, and campaigns to grow audience and engagement.

Manage content creation, copywriting, and creative coordination.

Monitor conversations, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive brand presence.

Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

3. Expo & Event Coordination

Plan and execute brand participation in trade shows, expos, and industry events.

Coordinate booth design, logistics, event materials, displays, and promotional items.

Work closely with vendors, partners, and internal teams for smooth event execution.

Develop pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and lead generation.

Manage event budgets and ensure timely execution.

4. Content & Creative Direction

Oversee creation of digital content (posts, videos, banners, emailers, website updates, etc.).

Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels.

Collaborate with designers, videographers, agencies, and other partners.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration (for Head-Level Role)

Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.

Collaborate with sales, product, and management teams to align marketing activities with business goals.

Manage relationships with external agencies and service providers.

RequirementsEducation & Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.

3–8+ years of experience in digital marketing (more for Head of Digital role).

Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.

Experience handling expos, trade shows, or offline marketing events.

Skills

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and analytics tools.

Excellent communication, copywriting, and content planning skills.

Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.
