Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end campaign management across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Oversee SEO strategy including keyword research, technical SEO, and link-building.
• Collaborate with developers/designers to update, optimize, and improve website performance.
• Monitor organic performance and rankings using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Track, measure, and present campaign performance using Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance across channels.
• Implement A/B testing and strategies for continuous improvement.
• Oversee development of ad creatives, videos, graphics, and marketing content.
• Ensure all digital activities comply with data privacy laws.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum

  7+ years of proven experience

  managing digital marketing across multiple channels.
• Strong expertise in

  SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, analytics, and automation

  .
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
