Your Role and Impact Coordinate daily operations, ensuring product deliverables meet agreed standards, projects run on schedule, and outcomes align with Sharktech Global’s objectives. Act as Sharktech’s operational representative in India, serving as the bridge between Australian leadership and on-ground execution. Attend client meetings (virtually), prepare action notes, and keep both clients and leadership aligned. Prepare and maintain accurate Excel reports on milestones, KPIs, and progress. Facilitate communication between international stakeholders and cross-border teams. Support invoicing, accounts, and product rollouts (typically every 3–4 months) with disciplined follow-up. Operates as a Sharktech Global team member based at our delivery partner office in Haripad (payroll administered by Netventure). What You Bring 0–3 years in operations, administration, or coordination (graduates welcome). Excellent verbal and written English skills. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel. An organised, proactive working style with a friendly personality. A strong sense of ownership and accountability. Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred. Why Sharktech? Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead with strong expertise in Paid Advertising , campaign strategy, analytics, and communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and others. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement ROI-driven digital marketing strategies. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor mapping. Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed performance reports.
