We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator

Your Role and Impact

• Coordinate daily operations, ensuring product deliverables meet agreed standards, projects run on schedule, and outcomes align with Sharktech Global’s objectives.
• Act as Sharktech’s operational representative in India, serving as the bridge between Australian leadership and on-ground execution.
• Attend client meetings (virtually), prepare action notes, and keep both clients and leadership aligned.
• Prepare and maintain accurate Excel reports on milestones, KPIs, and progress.
• Facilitate communication between international stakeholders and cross-border teams.
• Support invoicing, accounts, and product rollouts (typically every 3–4 months) with disciplined follow-up.
• Operates as a Sharktech Global team member based at our delivery partner office in Haripad (payroll administered by Netventure).

What You Bring

• 0–3 years in operations, administration, or coordination (graduates welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• An organised, proactive working style with a friendly personality.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred.
