Operations Coordinator

Position Name: Operations and Digital Engagement Coordinator

General Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality/Hotel Management/Business/Communications or Marketing. 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, digital marketing, or event coordination. (Freshers with strong digital/media skills & high learning ability may be considered).

Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Assamese preferred)

Knowledge of SEO, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & Google Ads

Basic design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop a plus)

Warm, inclusive, queer-friendly personality

Flexibility to work weekends/events when needed

Strong organizational & problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

1. Property & Guest Management

Coordinate with the caretaker to ensure rooms are clean, stocked, and guestready

Handle guest communication (check-ins, check-outs, inquiries)

Oversee smooth day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of the

property

Maintain checklists for rooms, supplies, and event setups

2. Bookings & Listings

Assist in managing listings on Airbnb and other travel platforms

Keep booking calendars updated and resolve booking queries

Track guest feedback and ensure high-quality reviews

Actively drive guest bookings through digital engagement, social media

campaigns, collaborations, and partnerships.

3. Social Media & Marketing

Create and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

Share Aranyika’s stories, aesthetics, and impact with authenticity

Coordinate with photographers/videographers for content shoots

Engage with travel communities, queer friendly groups & potential collaborators

Run small digital campaigns/promotions (including Google Ads)

Assist in partnerships and business tie-ups

4. Event Coordination Support

Support in planning/hosting events like ceremonies, retreats, and workshops

Be a welcoming, affirming presence for diverse guests and community

programs

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills, with opportunities for growth

and performance-based incentives.
