Digital Marketing Lead : 1-7 Years Experience

Location: Mohali

Experience: 4–8 Years (Startup experience mandatory)

Role Overview: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong startup background, capable of owning strategy, GTM, team building, and execution. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to stay positive in uncertain environments, and the leadership skills to build and scale a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
  • Own and lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new products, services, or features
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing digital marketing team
  • Create clear roles, processes, and KPIs for team members
  • Drive customer acquisition across paid, organic, content, SEO, and community channels
  • Collaborate closely with founders, sales, and product teams to align GTM execution
  • Plan experiments, analyze performance data, and iterate quickly
  • Develop strong positioning, messaging, and brand presence
  • Maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset during challenges and fast changes

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Founder / Co-founder / Early team experience in a startup that has either:
  • Failed (with strong learnings), or
  • Successfully launched or scaled
  • Proven experience in building and managing marketing teams
  • Strong capability in marketing strategy and GTM planning
  • Hands-on experience across key digital marketing channels
  • Data-driven decision-making and execution skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
