Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder)

You will be joining our team as a Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder) with 0-5 years of experience in Mohali, Punjab. In this role, you will focus on identifying and acquiring new clients on Upwork by creating persuasive proposals and building relationships with potential leads. Your responsibilities will include finding relevant jobs/projects, writing customized proposals, maintaining a high response rate, following up with leads, coordinating with the tech team, and updating the CRM system. Additionally, you will be expected to research client needs, stay updated on market trends, and refine bid strategies. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as an Upwork bidder or online business developer, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, a strong understanding of software development technologies, and the ability to write compelling proposals. Basic knowledge of platforms like Ruby on Rails, Python, React, Node.js, and AI tools will be beneficial.
