Position: Sales Manager – Education Sales

Location: Sahastradhara road , Dehradun

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives targeting schools, tuition centers, and parents

Set clear sales targets and ensure consistent delivery

Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and team development initiatives

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Build and execute sales strategies for the K6–K12 education sector

Explore new markets: B2B (schools & coaching centers) and B2C (parents)

Drive revenue and student enrollments via structured outreach

Business Development:

Pitch ACS Pathshala’s learning solutions to schools and families

Conduct engaging demos and academic presentations (online & offline)

Nurture long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders

Reporting & Market Intelligence:

Track team performance and prepare actionable sales reports

Analyze competitor activity and market trends in the K12 education space

Collaborate with marketing & product teams to align strategies

Requirements :

MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Education Management

5+ years of experience in educational sales or EdTech business development

Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets

Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

Solid understanding of the K6–K12 academic ecosystem
