Overview We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients—researching, crafting personalized proposals, and managing the bidding process to win high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities Daily job hunting : Scan Upwork for suitable job postings in our expertise areas. Proposal writing : Craft customized, impactful proposals that clearly outline how we meet client needs. Client outreach : Handle initial inquiries, schedule discovery calls, and maintain timely communication. Performance tracking : Maintain detailed records of bids, outcomes, and KPIs (e.g., view rates, win rate) for reporting. Profile optimization : Help keep our Upwork agency or freelancer profiles updated—ensuring services, portfolio, and testimonials are current. Collaborate internally : Work closely with developers/designers/marketers so proposals accurately reflect our capabilities. Required Qualifications Proven experience bidding on Upwork or similar platforms (with measurable success).
