📍 Job Overview: We are XOn Global , a growing technology company specializing in custom software development, process automation, SaaS solutions, and digital transformation services . We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Bidder with experience on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to help us generate leads, close deals, and grow our client base . The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, and have strong communication skills to identify opportunities, create winning proposals, and maintain relationships with clients. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Identify relevant projects and bid on Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms . 🔹 Create custom, client-focused proposals to increase conversion rates. 🔹 Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose the best solutions. 🔹 Follow up with potential clients , negotiate terms, and close deals. 🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business . 🔹 Track and report bid performance, success rates, and market trends. 🧩 Required Skills & Experience: 🌟 1–3 years of experience in bidding or business development on Upwork (or similar platforms). 📝 Strong proposal writing and communication skills (English proficiency is a must). 💻 Understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, SaaS, AI/ML, and automation. 🤝 Ability to negotiate, handle objections , and close deals effectively. 📊 Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking will be a plus. 💰 Compensation: Base salary + performance-based incentives .
