UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and improving the interface and user experience of digital products such as websites, mobile applications, and software.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences

· Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for digital products

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business requirements and technical constraints

· Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices

· Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs

· Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques

· Present design solutions to stakeholders and explain the rationale behind design decisions

· Work with developers to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately

· Ensure consistency and coherence across all products and platforms

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

· A portfolio of work that demonstrates your design skills and problem-solving abilities

· Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar

· Strong understanding of user-cantered design principles and best practices

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Course completion certificate will be added advantage to fresher

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: 0 to 1year
