Job Summary

Digital Marketing Team Lead – Growth & Performance

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team (Paid Ads, Content, Design, SEO).
  
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery.
  
• Conduct daily follow-ups, weekly planning, and monthly performance reviews.
  
• Mentor team members and improve overall team productivity.
  

Client Handling & Communication

• Handle client meetings, strategy discussions, and performance reviews.
  
• Manage international clients from

  US, UK, UAE, and Australia

  .
• Resolve client issues, escalations, and performance challenges.
  
• Present monthly reports with insights and improvement plans.
  

Performance Marketing & Budget Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

  .
• Handle

  minimum 10 Lakh/month ad budget

  across multiple campaigns.
• Focus on improving CPL, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality.
  
• Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives.
  

Strategy, Growth & Viral Marketing

• Develop growth marketing and viral marketing strategies.
  
• Build organic growth plans (Reels, Shorts, SEO, community engagement).
  
• Create innovative funnels and marketing plans for clients.
  
• Research new tools, platforms, and trends for scalable growth.
  

In-House Marketing & Brand Building

• Strengthen the company’s own digital presence.
  
• Drive branding, lead generation, and authority-building campaigns.
  
• Propose and implement new ideas to grow organically and through paid media.
  

Required Skills & Expertise

  10L+ monthly advertising budgets

• Proven exposure to

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in Marketing (Preferred)
  
• Graduation with strong digital marketing experience is acceptable
