Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and a structured approach to maintaining office efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations & Coordination

  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain smooth workflow across departments.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and operational support.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal communication.

Inventory & Vendor Management

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with vendors for purchases, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Track and maintain vendor records and payment follow-ups.

Facility Management & Housekeeping

  • Ensure office cleanliness, housekeeping supervision, and proper maintenance.
  • Monitor office infrastructure, pantry services, and overall workplace hygiene.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and equipment servicing when required.

Scheduling & Event Management

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist in planning company events.
  • Support HR & management in organizing training sessions and internal activities.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics as needed.

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents, employee records, and office data.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, memos, and official communication.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and administrative documentation for management.

Administrative Support

  • Assist staff with admin-related tasks and inter-department coordination.
  • Support finance/HR teams with documentation, bill collection, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor office equipment (printers, laptops, WiFi, CCTV) and coordinate repairs or upgrades.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written).
  • Ability to handle day-to-day operations with responsibility.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Any bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred).
  • Prior experience in office administration is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
