The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Canada's immigration pathways . Key Responsibilities: Document Preparation: Help clients prepare accurate and complete documentation for various visa applications such as Permanent Residency, and other immigration programs. Client Management: Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient application process, addressing any queries or concerns. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest immigration laws, regulations, and policies concerning Canadian Permanent Residency pathways. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all clients feel supported and informed throughout the application process. Required Qualifications: Experience in Canadian PR Pathways: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in filing visa applications, with a specific focus on Canadian pathways such as SOWP, Express Entry and PNP programs. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Punjabi or Hindi is a plus. Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork: Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member.
