Position: Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual with experience in Customer Support. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and act as a reliable point of contact for all immigration-related inquiries.

This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, India. Only experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Set an example for team members through commitment, customer service activities, work ethics, habits, and personal character.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Enhance the customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer data.

Requirements and Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with accurate and fast typing abilities.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Familiarity with customer support metrics.
• Proven experience in providing customer service support.
• Ability to think strategically and lead.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to learn and work with company software.
