Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Customer Support Representative. The primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving client issues, providing product/service information, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role also involves documenting interactions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department, and actively contributing to the improvement of support processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
