Job Description

As a Delivery Operations Associate Manager at Accenture, your role involves providing end-to-end process and policy expertise for the future state Global and Local design of all Global Recruitment processes. Your responsibilities include: - Offering leading practices, industry benchmarks, and process design considerations for efficient design principles - Providing input for technology configuration and identifying automation opportunities - Participating in the development and testing of end-to-end process scenarios for the recruitment module - Creating and maintaining Job Aids, Global and Local Work Instructions, and assisting in training Service delivery teams - Managing process escalations while collaborating with Global Service delivery teams - Evaluating process and technology gaps in Talent Acquisition and working on permanent or interim solutions - Meeting Hiring Plans and targets provided by the Client across supported geographies - Leveraging the onshore:offshore model to optimize capacity utilization - Providing consultative support to Client stakeholders with industry best practices in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition - Running the Delivery Center as a P&L and being accountable for profitability - Overseeing all major Talent Acquisition processes from a client perspective - Managing a team of recruiters and recruitment admins supporting Talent Acquisition processes outsourced to Accenture for the Client Qualifications required: - Graduation/Post Graduation in Human Resources from a top school/college preferred - Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR consulting & delivery for Recruitment processes - Certification in Workday, Taleo, or SuccessFactors preferred - Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence practices - Global Recruitment certification (like SHRM, AIRS) preferred Roles and Responsibilities: In this role, you are expected to analyze and solve moderately complex problems, create new solutions, understand the strategic direction set by senior management, interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, and manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.,
