Job Description

As a Delivery Operations Associate Manager at Accenture, your role involves providing end-to-end process and policy expertise for future state Global and Local design of all Global Recruitment processes. This includes tasks such as data analysis, pipeline management, talent forecasting, requisition management, sourcing, screening, onboarding, and retention of candidates. You will also be responsible for providing leading practices, industry benchmarks, and process design considerations, as well as assisting in technology configuration and identifying automation opportunities. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining job aids, global and local work instructions, and training service delivery teams. You will own and manage all process escalations, evaluate process and technology gaps in Talent Acquisition, and work with internal and client stakeholders to find solutions. Additionally, you will be accountable for meeting hiring plans and targets provided by the client, as well as overseeing all major Talent Acquisition processes from a client perspective. Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Post Graduation in Human Resources from a top school/college preferred - Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR consulting & delivery for Recruitment processes across multiple clients - Workday, Taleo, or SuccessFactors certification preferred - Cross-industry exposure on Recruitment transformation projects - Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence practices - Preferred Global Recruitment certification (like SHRM, AIRS) - Stakeholder Management - Change Management - Talent Management - US Recruitment - Demand Management - Leadership Development - Succession Planning - Journey Management - Demonstrates excellent client care skills - Expert knowledge and vision for the assigned service line - Produces solutions to complex business problems - Develops new concepts and opportunities within the Service Line - Contributes to policy and direction setting Roles and Responsibilities: - Analysis and solving of moderately complex problems - Creating new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures - Understanding the strategic direction set by senior management - Primary interaction with direct supervisor or team leads - Interaction with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture - Minimal guidance required when determining methods and procedures on new assignments - Decisions impacting the team and occasionally other teams - Managing medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts - May require working in rotational shifts Please note that Level 9-13 will be the span for this role, and you should have managed a span of 80-100 FTEs/Contractors. You will be managing a team of recruiters and recruitment admins supporting Talent Acquisition processes outsourced to Accenture for the given client.,
