Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution to attract top talent across various departments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departments. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy. Negotiate offers and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process. Provide a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to training and process improvements. Stay current on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders effectively. Experience with employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives is a plus. Preferred Skills: Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS). Experience recruiting for technical, sales, or executive roles. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
