Description
As a Sr. Project Success Specialist in DataCenter (Nutanix & VMware) at our leading Systems Integrator and IT Infrastructure solution provider, your role will involve delivering high-quality datacenter solutions and services with a strong focus on technical expertise, project management, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - **Technical Expertise**: - Strong knowledge of core datacenter technologies including Servers, Storage, VMware, Nutanix, Commvault/Veeam/Dell DPS, and Checkpoint/Fortinet, along with Windows Server. - Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures and integration with public clouds like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. - Proficiency in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) and HCI platforms (e.g., Nutanix). - Expertise in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Commvault, Veeam). - Good understanding of network security technologies, especially Fortinet and Checkpoint. - Ability to design and implement datacenter solutions meeting performance, scalability, and security requirements. - **Project Management**: - Experience in managing datacenter projects ensuring timely and successful completion. - Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project). - Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with datacenter projects. - Commitment to continuous improvement in project execution and delivery. - **Customer Engagement**: - Strong focus on understanding customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Experience in providing technical support to sales teams and assessing customer infrastructures. - Ability to work with technology partners to enhance service delivery. - **Strategic and Business Acumen**: - Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in the datacenter space. - Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and customer needs. - Basic understanding of budgeting and cost-effective solution design. - **Innovation and Continuous Learning**: - Commitment to staying updated with emerging datacenter technologies and trends. - Ability to suggest and implement process improvements for better efficiency. - Involvement in the development of new services and solutions leveraging innovative technologies. - **Certifications**: - Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Nutanix Certified Professional, Fortinet NSE) or a willingness to obtain them.
