The Fusion Cloud Applications Product Management Team at Oracle University is seeking a visionary Solution Lead with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and AI-driven solutions to shape the learner journey aligned with the Fusion Cloud Applications AI initiative. Responsibilities In this role, you will: - Lead the design and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions integrating AI/ML innovations. - Work closely with product development to implement practical AI agent applications. - Serve as a subject matter expert to guide customers on AI agent implementations. - Engage with Product Development to define training requirements and translate them into technical training solutions. - Document AI agent best practices and lessons learned to enhance learners" understanding. - Design and update comprehensive training curriculum on Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications AI capabilities. - Collaborate with Oracle product development teams to innovate agent-based cloud solutions. - Use project management tools to track deliverables and measure program impact. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related STEM field. - Experience delivering technical solutions and advisory services to customers and partners. - Strong background in computer science, technical solution engineering, or advanced analytics. - Experience in designing AI multi-agent solutions is a plus. - Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Application implementations focusing on AI. - Hands-on experience in architecting and deploying enterprise-class cloud and AI/ML solutions. - Proficiency with frameworks like Flowise, CrewAI, Relevance AI, Langchain, or AutoGen. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in a fast-paced software/cloud environment. Preferred Qualifications - Oracle Cloud Architect certification. - Experience in enabling partners/customers in adopting AI-driven cloud solutions. - Previous involvement in change management for enterprise systems. - Knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.
